CHOCOLATE RECIPES



Chocolate Rum Cigars


Requirements:
Gold chocolate foil
250g milk chocolate
Chocolate rum filling
1 cigar mould
1 wooden crate packaging box
Brown paper raffia
Fathers' Day stickers

Method:
Gently melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler. Mix two tablespoons of rum filling through the melted chocolate. Spoon the rum flavoured chocolate into the cigar mould, tap the mould to release air bubbles and place in the freezer for about five minutes to set. Cut your gold foil into long strips big enough to cover your chocolate cigars. When set and released from the mould place two cigar halves together. Cover them neatly with gold foil. Take a paper towel and gently smooth them down for a nice, shiny finish. Fill the wooden crate with chocolate cigars. Tie some attractive brown paper raffia around the wooden crate. Place a Fathers' Day sticker on the side of the crate as a finishing touch.
