1 car mould
250g milk chocolate Rum chocolate filling
1pack Turkish delights
1 gold board for packaging
Cellophane for packaging
Brown and gold ribbons
Fathers' Day stickers
Cut your mould in half so that the body and the bottom of the car are separate.
Melt your chocolate very gently either in a double boiler or in the microwave.
Mix two tablespoons of rum filling into your melted chocolate. Now pour your
chocolate into both halves of the car and fill them to the top. Leave the
chocolate in the body of the car to cool. But place the bottom of the car in the
freezer to set. When the chocolate has cooled enough in the body of the car you
will see that it has set around the edges. When that border around the edges is
about 3mm thick you can empty the rest of the chocolate back into the pot. This
will leave you with a chocolate shell of the body of the car. Now place the
mould into the freezer for about three minutes to set. Once set, you can fill
the body of the car with the Turkish delights. Now pour a thick border of melted
chocolate around the side of the bottom of the car and stick that onto the body
of the car. Place the sealed car on a gold board and then cover in cellophane.
Tie the bag with attractive ribbons and add a Fathers' Day sticker as a
