Personalized Chocolate Name Place Settings


Requirements:
1 oval mould
1 alphabet mould
1 theme related mould (eg. Key for 21st)
250g milk chocolate

Method:
Gently melt the milk chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler. Spoon the milk chocolate into the oval mould, tap the mould to release air bubbles and place them in the freezer to set. Melt your white chocolate very, very gently either in a double boiler or in the microwave. Remember that white chocolate is much more sensitive to heat than milk chocolate and so it burns more easily. The hotter it gets the thicker it gets, so if you see it getting thick remove it from the heat immediately and stir it rapidly to cool it down. Pour the white chocolate into the alphabet mould, obvious choosing the letters carefully for the names you wish to make up. Tap the alphabet mould to release the air bubbles and place it in the freezer to set. Remember that because the letters are really small, they will set quickly, and if you leave them in too long they will crack. Also fill your small theme related moulds. Once everything has set and been un-moulded you can now stick the white chocolate letters and the theme chocolates onto the milk chocolate oval. You use a little melted chocolate as your glue. Finally, place the personalised chocolate ovals at each place setting for a really special occasion.
