Rum Chocolate Heart Sucker

1 Heart sucker mould
500g Dark chocolate Rum flavouring oil
Sucker sticks
Small cellophane bags for packaging
White ribbon with pink hearts
Valentine stickers

Melt your chocolate very, very gently either in a double boiler or in the microwave. Add 4 drops of rum flavouring oil to the chocolate and mix through well. Now spoon the chocolate into the mould and insert a sucker stick into each heart. The stick should go at least half way up the heart to be secure. Now tap the mould to release the air bubbles and for the chocolate to run smooth. Place the mould in the freezer for about five minutes for the chocolates to set. When the chocolates are set place them in small cellophane bags and tie them up with the heart ribbon. Put a Valentine sticker on the packet to finish off the presentation. These rum chocolate heart lollies are inexpensive to make and are fantastic as Valentine's give-aways in restaurants, office and shopping centres.
