Giant Chocolate Teddy Bear Heart


Requirements:
1 large heart mould
1 teddy bear mould
250g Milk chocolate
50g white chocolate 1 gold board for packaging
Clear cellophane and Valentine's ribbon for packaging
Valentine's stickers

Method:
Gently melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler. Spoon the milk chocolate into the heart mould, and the white chocolate into the teddy bear mould tap the moulds to release air bubbles and place them in the freezer to set. Remember that because the bear is smaller it will set quickly, and if you leave it in too long it will crack. Once everything has set and been un-moulded you can now stick the white chocolate bear onto the big milk chocolate heart. You use a little melted chocolate as your glue. Finally, place the teddy bear chocolate heart on the gold board and wrap with clear cellophane. Finish your heart gift off with a pretty bow and a Valentine's sticker.
