Rum Chocolate Treasure Chest

1 treasure chest mould
1 pack peppermints mints
500g milk chocolate
Rum flavouring oil
1 gold board
Cellophane for packaging
Brown paper raffia and Fathers' Day stickers

Gently melt your chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave. Add two drops of rum flavouring oil into the melted chocolates and mix through well. Pour your chocolate into the moulds, tap them for the chocolate to run smooth and place them in the freezer to set. You will need two sidepieces, front and back pieces, a base piece and a lid piece. When you have all 6 pieces of the treasure chest set and out of the freezer you can begin to assemble it. Using melted chocolate as glue, dip the edge of a sidepiece in the melted chocolate and hold it in place onto the edge of the front piece. Assemble the rest of the house in this same way, remembering to stick all upright pieces to the bottom base piece. Fill the chocolate treasure chest with peppermints mints and then close with the chocolate lid. Place the treasure chest on the gold board and cover with cellophane. Decorate with paper raffia and Fathers' Day stickers.
