Chocolate Snowflake

2 tablespoons of honey
4 eggs
125g white chocolate (Chocolate Den)
125ml double cream
1 Cadbury's Flake

Stir the egg yolks, honey and chocolate constantly over a low heat. Do not boil! When the mixture has slightly thickened transfer it to a large bowl and leave to cool. Beat cream till stiff and fold into the cooled mixture. Beat the egg whites till stiff and fold into the mixture. Pour the mixture into 6 glasses and place in the fridge to chill and set. Sprinkle Flake over the tops and serve.
