Melt your chocolate very gently either in a double boiler or in the microwave.
Also melt 100g of Caramello Coffee chocolate filling. Spoon the milk chocolate
into the gold cups so that the cups are three quarter filled. With your teaspoon
pour some Caramello Coffee chocolate filling into the centre of the milk
chocolate so that you have a creamy coffee centre encircled by milk chocolate.
Now tap the cups to release the air bubbles and for the chocolate to run smooth.
