CHOCOLATE RECIPES



White Chocolate Sauce


Requirements:
60g unsalted butter
125ml double cream
cup castor sugar
250g white chocolate pieces

Method:
Gently heat the butter and cream until the butter has melted. Add the sugar and slowly bring the mixture to the boil. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the white chocolate pieces till all the chocolate has melted. Serve immediately
