150g unsalted butter
Quarter cup castor sugar
1 Cup flour
Half cup of self-raising flour
2 Teaspoons instant coffee powder
1 Teaspoon cocoa powder
250g Milk chocolate
White chocolate vermicelli
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Beat butter and sugar till mixture is light and creamy.
Fold in the flours, coffee powder and cocoa powder.
Roll mixture into balls and bake for 10 minutes.
Allow balls to cool completely.
Gently melt the chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave.
Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and place on wax paper or foil.
Sprinkle white vermicelli over the top of each dipped ball before the chocolate
