CHOCOLATE RECIPES



Chocolate Rum and Raisin Clusters


Requirements:
250g milk or white chocolate
250g seedless raisins
2 tablespoons Rum chocolate filling
Small chocolate cookie cups

Method:
Gently melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler. Add the raisins to the chocolate and stir in well. Add the rum filling to the chocolate mixture and mix through. Place one teaspoon full of the mixture in a cookie cup and leave to set. The mixture should make about 40 clusters.
