Biscuit Chocolate Truffles


Requirements:
1 heaped cup crushed biscuits (Marie biscuits or Tennis Biscuits are great)
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons butter
1/2-cup condensed milk
Chocolate rainbow vermicelli for coating
Chocolate paper cups

Method:
Gently heat the condensed milk, butter and cocoa powder until smooth. Remove from heat and mix through the biscuit crumbs. When cool enough to handle shape into small balls and roll in rainbow vermicelli. Place each truffle in a small chocolate paper cup - cookie cup.
