Chocolate Surprise Pencils


Requirements:
1 liqueur cup mould
250g Milk chocolate
Peppermint flavouring oil
Crème de Menthe or any other preferred after dinner liqueur

Method:
Gently melt the milk chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler. Add tow drops of peppermint flavouring oil and mix through well. Now pour your chocolate into the cups in the mould and fill them to the top. Leave the chocolate to cool. When the chocolate has cooled enough you will see that it has set around the edges of the cups. When the border around the edges is about 2mm thick you can empty the rest of the chocolate back into the pot. This will leave you with hollowed out chocolate cups. Now place the mould into the freezer for about three minutes to set. Remove from freezer. And then gently remove each cup from the mould. Your chocolate liqueur cups are now ready for use. After dinner fill the chocolate cups with Crème de Menthe and serve.
