Chocolate Rice Crispie Bars

60g soft brown sugar
80ml liquid glucose
30g unsalted butter
45g chocolate morsels
120g crunchy peanut butter
4 cups rice crispies

Grease and line a 30X20cm baking tin. Place sugar and liquid glucose in a pan over a low heat and stir till sugar has dissolved. When the mixture boils add the butter and chocolate chips and remove from the heat. Stir well till the mixture is smooth. Stir in the peanut butter. Pour this mixture over the rice crispies and stir fast to combine. Press mixture into the pan with lightly oiled hands. Allow to set. Then cut into small bars.
