Chocolate Peanut Squares

250g Finely crushed Tennis biscuits
70g Melted butter
50g Extra butter
45g Soft brown sugar
80g Condensed milk
2 Eggs
250g Smooth peanut butter
150g melted milk chocolate
2 Tablespoons cocoa powder

Preheat oven to 180c. Oil and line a 25cm square shallow baking tin. Combine crushed biscuits and melted butter, mix well then press mixture firmly into the base of the tin. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Beat butter and sugar till light and creamy. Add condensed milk, eggs and peanut butter. Mix till smooth. Spread mixture evenly over biscuit base. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden. Leave in tin to cool. Spread melted chocolate over cooled biscuit. When the chocolate has set remove the biscuit from the tin and cut into squares.
