200g Dark chocolate chopped
200g Butter chopped
1 Cup castor sugar
1 Teaspoon vanilla essence
165g flour sifted
30g Cocoa powder
Preheat oven to 180c. Oil and line a 20x30cm shallow baking tin. Gently melt
the chocolate and butter together. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Whisk together the eggs, sugar and vanilla essence till combined. Add egg
mixture to the chocolate mixture and then add the flour and cocoa powder. Stir
till combined. Pour into the tin and bake for 45-50 minutes. Allow to cool
completely and then refrigerate for 3 hours till firm. Cut into small squares.
