CHOCOLATE RECIPES



Hot Chocolate Fudge Sauce


Requirements:
125ml Golden syrup
125ml water
125ml cocoa powder
250ml sugar
50g butter
125ml cream
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
100g milk chocolate

Method:
Mix syrup, water and cocoa powder together in a saucepan. Then add the sugar, butter, cream and vanilla essence. Heat gently, stirring till sugar is dissolved. Stir the chocolate into the sauce until melted. Delicious served over ice cream or brownies
