Christmas Cracker filled with Chocolate Balls


Requirements:
500g Milk chocolate
1 Ball mould
Red, gold and green chocolate wrapping foil
PVC cracker

Method:
Gently melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler. Carefully spoon the melted chocolate into the ball mould. Tap the mould on the counter to release air bubbles and for the chocolate to run smooth. Place the mould in the freezer to set. When the half balls are set remove them from the mould. Cut the coloured foils to size and then gently wrap the balls. Make sure not to use too much foil or you will not get a smooth neat finish. When the chocolates have been foiled you can stick two halves of a ball together with melted chocolate. Fill your cracker with chocolate balls. This makes a wonderful party favour for your Christmas dinner table.
