Peanut Brittle Rum Cups


Requirements:
200g Milk chocolate
100g Bar peanut brittle
2 Tablespoons chocolate rum filling
Paper chocolate cups

Method:
Place the peanut brittle bar in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin till quite fine.
Gently melt the chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave.
Stir into the melted chocolate the crushed peanut brittle and the chocolate rum filling.
Spoon the mixture into the paper cups and leave to set.
