CHOCOLATE RECIPES



Cape Velvet Hot Choc Sauce


Requirements:
60g unsalted butter
125ml double cream
1 Teaspoon instant coffee
100 ml whiskey
cup castor sugar
200g white chocolate pieces
50g dark chocolate pieces

Method
:
Gently heat the butter and cream until the butter has melted.
Add the sugar and coffee and slowly bring the mixture to the boil.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the whiskey and the chocolate pieces till all the chocolate has melted. Serve immediately
