Hawaiian Chocolate Clusters


Requirements:
500g milk chocolate
100g desiccated coconut
100g dried pineapple chopped
100g pecan nuts pieces
50g glazed cherries chopped
3 drops pineapple chocolate flavouring
3 drops coconut chocolate flavouring
Brown paper cups

Method:
Gently melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler.
Add all the other ingredients to the melted chocolate and mix through well.
Spoon the mixture into small paper cups and leave to set.
These clusters are a wonderful treat.
