Caramel-Mint Delights


Requirements:
500g Milk chocolate
Deep chocolate moulds
Caramel-Mint chocolate filling
Paper cases

Method:
Gently melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave. Mix five large tablespoons of caramel-mint chocolate filling into your melted chocolate. Stir through well until you have a smooth even mixture. Spoon the mixture into your moulds taking care not to overfill the moulds. Tap the mould on the counter to release air bubbles and for the backs of the chocolates to run smooth. Put your mould in the freezer to set. When the chocolate feels cold to the touch the Caramel-Mint Delight chocolates are ready to be released from the mould. Place each chocolate into a paper case and package in an attractive box.
