CHOCOLATE RECIPES



Chocolate Tropical Squares


Requirements:
250g crushed Tennis Biscuits
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup chopped glace pineapple
200ml condensed milk
100g melted milk chocolate

Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease a 22cm square tin
Combine crushed biscuits, coconut and pineapple in a large mixing bowl.
Make a well in the centre and add the melted chocolate and condensed milk
Stir till everything is evenly combined
Press mixture into prepared tin and bake for 20 minutes until top is lightly golden
Cool and cut into squares.
