Chocolate Almond Drops

250g Milk Chocolate
250g Marzipan
100g Almonds
Dipping spoon
Round cookie cutter
Icing sugar

Roll the marzipan out (cover the table top surface with a little icing sugar to prevent it from sticking to the table) quite thin and then with your cookie cutter cut out small round shapes. Place these marzipan rounds on a tray, ready to be dipped. Gently melt your chocolate and then dip (using your dipping spoon) each marzipan round into the melted chocolate. Once dipped place the chocolate almond drop on grease proof paper and leave to set. When the chocolate is no longer shining you know it has set. You can stick an almond on the top of each chocolate for effect.
