Choc Balls for Christmas


Requirements:
500g Milk chocolate
1 Ball mould
Red, gold and green chocolate wrapping foil
1 PVC cylinder

Method:
Gently melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler. Carefully spoon the melted chocolate into the ball mould. Tap the mould on the counter to release air bubbles and for the chocolate to run smooth. Place the mould in the freezer to set. When the chocolates have been un-moulded you can stick two halves of a ball together with melted chocolate. Cut the coloured foils to size and then gently wrap the balls. Make sure not to use too much foil or you will not get a smooth neat finish. Fill the PVC cylinder with gold, green and red chocolate balls. This cylinder of Christmas balls makes a wonderful gift for friends and family.
