CHOCOLATE RECIPES



Chocolate Box


Requirements:
500g Milk chocolate
1 Box and lid chocolate mould
1 Chocolate swirl mould
Caramello-Coffee Chocolate Filling
Paper cups
Cellophane

Method:
Gently melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler. Carefully pour the melted chocolate into the box and lid moulds. Tap the moulds on the counter to release air bubbles and for the chocolate to run smooth. Place the moulds in the freezer to set. While the box and lid are in the freezer setting you can mix four large tablespoons of Caramello-Coffee Filling into the remaining chocolate. Spoon this mixture into your chocolate swirl mould. Tap the mould on the counter to release air bubbles and for the chocolate to run smooth. Now place this mould also in the freezer to set. When all the chocolate has set gently un-mould your box and lid as well as your Caramello-Coffee Creams. Place the Caramello-Coffee Creams in paper cups and position them neatly in the chocolate box. Cover the chocolate box with the chocolate lid and then wrap entire chocolate box neatly in cellophane. Chocolate boxes made from chocolate with hand made chocolates inside are a wonderful gift for family and friends.
