Chocolate Christmas Cracker


Requirements:
500g Milk chocolate
1 PVC Christmas cracker
Red, Gold and green chocolate wrapping foil
1 Round disc mould (to fit cracker) Christmas ribbon


Method:
Gently melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler. Carefully pour the melted chocolate into the round disc mould. Tap the mould on the counter to release air bubbles and for the chocolate to run smooth. Place the mould in the freezer to set. When the chocolate discs have set un-mould them and carefully wrap them in gold, green and red foil. Now you can arrange them attractively in the PVC cracker. Finish off your chocolate cracker by tying pretty Christmas bows on both ends. These crackers not only make fantastic gifts but are also great for Christmas party favours and name place settings for your Christmas dinner.
