CHOCOLATE RECIPES



ChocNut Delights


Requirements:
150g crunchy unsalted peanut butter
2 Tablespoons icing sugar
2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
100g milk chocolate - melted
30g white chocolate melted

Method:
Combine the peanut butter, icing sugar and cocoa in a small bowl, mix well and then refrigerate till firm. Roll mixture out into a 25cm sausage, cut into 20 small slices and refrigerate again for two hours. Dip each piece in milk chocolate and place in the fridge to set. When set drizzle the melted white chocolate over the tops for decoration.
