Champagne Glass with Rum Chocolate Hearts

1 champagne or wine glass
1 mould assorted heart sizes
250g milk chocolate
Rum chocolate filling
Red chocolate foil
Clear cellophane for wrapping
Valentine's ribbon for packaging
Valentine's stickers

Gently melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler. Add two tablespoons of rum chocolate filling to the melted chocolate and mix through well. Spoon the rum chocolate into the heart mould, tap the mould to release air bubbles and place in the freezer for about five minutes to set. Cut your red foil into small squares big enough to cover your chocolate rum hearts. When set and released from the mould cover your chocolate hearts with red foil. Take a paper towel and gently smooth them down for a nice, shiny finish. Fill the champagne glass to the top with chocolate rum hearts. Cover the top of the glass neatly with clear cellophane and tie some attractive Valentine's ribbon around the edge. Place a Valentine's sticker on the side of the glass as a finishing touch.
