1 large heart mould
1 alphabet mould
250g Milk chocolate
50g white chocolate
1 gold board for packaging Clear cellophane and Valentine's ribbon for packaging
Gently melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler. Spoon the milk
chocolate into the heart mould, and the white chocolate into the alphabet mould
(obviously you should choose the letters carefully otherwise you may just end up
declaring your love to the wrong person! Oops!) tap the moulds to release air
bubbles and place them in the freezer to set. Remember that because the letters
are really small, they will set quickly, and if you leave them in too long they
will crack. Once everything has set and been un-moulded you can now stick the
white chocolate letters onto the big milk chocolate heart. You use a little
melted chocolate as your glue. (No, bostick doesn't work!) Finally, place the
personalised chocolate heart on the gold board and wrap with clear cellophane.
Finish your heart gift off with a pretty bow and a Valentine's sticker.
