Chocolate Rum Spoons

250g milk or dark chocolate
1 chocolate spoon mould
Chocolate Rum filling
White icing daisies

Gently melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler. Add two tablespoons of chocolate rum filling to the melted chocolate and mix through well. Spoon the chocolate into the chocolate spoon mould, tap the mould to release air bubbles and place in the freezer for about five minutes to set. When the spoons are set remove them from the mould. With some melted chocolate stick a white icing daisy in the centre of each chocolate rum spoon. Serve with coffee or hot chocolate on special occasions. The chocolate rum spoons stir and then melt into the hot beverage to make it the most wonderful treat.
