CHOCOLATE RECIPES



String of Chocolate Beads


Requirements:
500g Milk chocolate
1 Ball mould Red, gold and green chocolate wrapping foil
Thin gold chord

Method:
Gently melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler. Carefully spoon the melted chocolate into the ball mould. Tap the mould on the counter to release air bubbles and for the chocolate to run smooth. Place the mould in the freezer to set. When the half balls are set remove them from the mould. Cut the coloured foils to size and then gently wrap the balls. Make sure not to use too much foil or you will not get a smooth neat finish. When the chocolates have been foiled you can stick two halves of a ball together with melted chocolate over the gold chord. Fill the length of the chord with chocolate balls. This string of chocolate balls makes an awesome Christmas decoration either for your tree or your home.
