Christmas Pudding Chocolate Balls


Requirements:
400g milk chocolate 2 Tablespoons of butter
160ml Cream
4 Crushed Tennis biscuits
50g glazed red cherries chopped 50g bakers mix
50g glazed mixed peel
50g chopped pecan nuts
4 Tablespoons of brandy or brandy flavouring oil
Gold chocolate wrapping foil Small Christmas stickers

Method:
Over a very low heat melt together the chocolate and butter. In a separate saucepan heat the cream, but do not let it boil. Remove the melted chocolate and butter from the stove and slowly pour it into the melted cream, stirring all the while. Now add your mixed peel, cherries, crushed Tennis biscuits, bakers' mix, nuts and brandy. Mix through well. Leave to set. Once the mixture is set you can roll it into small balls. Wrap the balls in gold foil and decorate each ball with a small Christmas sticker.
